Terms of Service
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the JustDid mobile application and related services (“JustDid” or the “Service”). By using JustDid, you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your country) to use the Service.
2. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.
3. Subscriptions and purchases
The Service may offer in-app purchases and subscriptions. Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Refunds, where applicable, are handled by Apple or Google in accordance with their policies.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service to violate any law or third party right.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service, except where permitted by law.
- Interfere with the Service, attempt to gain unauthorized access, or probe its security.
- Use the Service to transmit malware or harmful content.
5. Your content
You retain ownership of the content you create in the Service (tasks, spaces, completion records). You grant us a limited license to host, store, and transmit your content solely to operate the Service for you and the people you choose to share with.
6. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time and delete your account from within the App or by emailing us. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms.
7. Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error free, or that data will not be lost. You are responsible for keeping your own backups of important data.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim or USD $50. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will revise the “Last updated” date and, where appropriate, notify you in the App.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, without regard to conflict of law principles.
