How do I delete my account?
Open the App, go to Settings, and tap Delete account. This removes your account and synced content. If you can’t access the App, email us and we’ll handle the deletion for you.
How do I cancel a subscription?
Subscriptions are billed by Apple or Google. Cancel from your device:
- iOS: Settings → tap your name → Subscriptions → JustDid.
- Android: Play Store → Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → JustDid.
Does my data sync across devices?
Yes, if you sign in. Sign in with Apple or Google enables cloud sync. Without an account, your data stays on your device.
