Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how the JustDid mobile application (“JustDid,” the “App,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and shares information when you use the App.
1. Information we collect
1.1 Account information
If you choose to create an account, we collect the information provided by your sign-in provider:
- Sign in with Apple: a stable user identifier and, if you choose to share it, your name and email address. Apple may provide a private relay email address rather than your real address.
- Sign in with Google: your Google account email, name, and profile picture URL.
1.2 App data
The App lets you create tasks, spaces, and records of when tasks were last completed. If you enable cloud sync, this content is stored on our backend so it can sync across your devices and, if you invite others, with members of shared spaces. If you do not enable cloud sync, this content stays on your device.
1.3 Purchases
In-app purchases and subscriptions are processed by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play). We do not receive your payment card details. Our subscription provider, RevenueCat, receives a pseudonymous user identifier and the receipt of your purchase so we can verify entitlements.
1.4 Diagnostics
We use Sentry to collect crash reports and error diagnostics. These reports may include device model, operating system version, app version, and a stack trace describing what the App was doing when an error occurred. We do not intentionally collect the contents of your tasks in these reports.
1.5 Notifications
If you grant notification permission, the App schedules local notifications on your device to remind you about tasks. These reminders are scheduled locally and are not sent through our servers.
2. How we use information
- To provide, maintain, and improve the App.
- To sync your data across your devices and with members of spaces you choose to share with.
- To verify in-app purchases and entitlements.
- To diagnose crashes and fix bugs.
- To respond to your support requests.
3. Service providers
We share information with the following providers solely so they can perform services on our behalf:
- Supabase — database and authentication hosting.
- Apple — Sign in with Apple, App Store purchases.
- Google — Sign in with Google, Google Play purchases.
- RevenueCat — subscription receipt validation.
- Sentry — crash and error reporting.
4. Data retention
Account and synced content are retained while your account is active. If you delete your account, we delete your account record and synced content within 30 days, except where retention is required by law. Diagnostic data is retained for up to 90 days.
5. Your choices and rights
- You can decline notification permission and continue to use the App.
- You can use the App without an account; your data will remain on your device only.
- You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your account data by emailing us at zachlaudev@gmail.com.
6. Children
The App is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
7. International users
The App is operated from Singapore. If you use the App from outside Singapore, your information will be transferred to and processed there.
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Material changes will be highlighted in the App or by another reasonable means.
